Form Check
Point a phone at the athlete. The pose model runs in the browser, counts reps, flags shallow ones and calls corrections. Coach mode tracks up to four athletes at once, each with their own report.
The Way Of The 6 · as an app
TWO6 is the athlete-development platform built by D6 Training & Performance. Live form analysis from a phone camera, a portal for athletes, parents, coaches, mentors and sponsors, and reports that show the work.

What TWO6 is
D6 runs its athletes on six principles. TWO6 is the software the gym runs on: the member portal, the camera-based form checker, the coach tools and the reports, spun out as its own product and powered by D6.
Point a phone at the athlete. The pose model runs in the browser, counts reps, flags shallow ones and calls corrections. Coach mode tracks up to four athletes at once, each with their own report.
Athletes, parents, coaches, mentors, sponsors and admins each get their own tabs: schedules, rosters, assessments, progress, messages, payments. Same sign-in, different view.
Every saved set becomes a report: rep by rep with depth, which cues fired, which muscles worked and how hard. A coach-mode set shows every athlete on one page, and it updates live while the set is still running.
Illustration of the rep ledger. Shallow reps still count, and they are flagged.
Form Check
An attempt starts when the joint angle leaves the top position. Reach depth and it is a full rep. Turn around early and it still counts, but it is flagged as shallow, so the athlete and the coach both see it.

Coach mode
Coach mode finds every person in frame first, then runs the pose model on each of them. Each athlete keeps their own rep count, their own cues and their own report, and the set is saved as one page the coach can open afterwards.

The Way of the 6
The platform is named for the six principles every D6 athlete trains under. They are the standard the software measures against.
Devote entirely to the long-term process. Sacrifice short-term comforts and distractions to stay fiercely loyal to your ultimate goal.
Commit to the process before challenges arise. The refusal to quit, turning desire into a resolution that failure is simply not an option.
Build the daily habits that make your goals a reality. Execute even when you don't feel like it, relying on structure over brief motivation.
Define your “why.” Identify the burning passion and specific vision that fuels your ambition, a deep, emotional craving for your goal.
Cultivate an unrelenting internal push. The high-octane energy and relentless work ethic that propels you forward, demanding continuous action.
Achieve mastery. Not defeating others, but dominating your own weaknesses by out-preparing and out-executing everyone else.
Built for minors, by design
Most of the athletes on TWO6 are between 8 and 18. The rules are simple and they are written down.
Pose detection runs inside the browser on the phone. What gets saved is the session: exercise, reps, joint angles and cues. No frames, no video.
A coach enrols a face only with a consent name on record, a parent or guardian for minors. The app stores a 128-number face descriptor, not a photo, and it can be deleted at any time.
Every write goes through the platform API. Browsers cannot change records directly, and a parent can only ever see their own athletes.
Sessions renew quietly in the background, so an installed app on a coach's phone does not log out mid-session.
Installs like an app
TWO6 runs in the browser, so there is nothing to download from a store. Add it to the home screen once and it updates itself after every release.
Go to d6.team/portal in Safari on iPhone or Chrome on Android and sign in.
On iPhone: Share, then “Add to Home Screen.” On Android: tap the install prompt, or the browser menu, then “Install app.”
Open TWO6 from the icon. Form Check and your portal are one tap away, and the app reloads itself when a new build goes live.
